Collegiate Athletes

We work with Collegiate Athletes 18-23 years of age through Long Term Athletic Development. Understanding the needs of a collegiate athlete is critical when programming Strength and Speed Exercises. Assessments will also help the athletes need for improved movements and specificity.

Long Term Athletic Development is set on a training philosophy of Windows of Opportunity during Adolescence. Our Training Philosophy allows us to make LTAD more practical for athletes at the next level competing. 

Competing to Win

The window on exercise selection decreases as the competition increases with the emphasis of constant preparation in training. This is where the athlete is learning to become full-time competitor. 

Active for Life

This stage is for those post competition or learning health as an active adult. This is where we learn to deal with adversity when it comes to integrating into society.
