About the Event
This is our 6th Annual Summer Strength and Conditioning Program held at Bishop John J Snyder High School. This is the most comprehensive training for youth athletes in Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
Our Summer Program begins a week earlier than everyone else to on-board your athlete. Our On boarding provides Functional Movement Screenigs to test Active Ranges of Motion, Muscular Imbalances and Strengths. Throughout this week we will test Speed and Agility, VO2max with the Mile Run.
Summer Strength Training is 4 days a week; Monday - Thursday with optional Yoga Classes on Scheduled Friday(s) Please see the Training Schedule and Ticket information relating to Sport Specific Training Times.
This year every athletes wil be on-boarded to their own app and track progress including nutrition fior the 10 week program!(Over $199 Value)
