About the event
Perform First is our flagship program designed to help youth athletes focus on their physical abilities and improve performance during Spring Break.
Perform First offers a performance program based on your athletes individual needs through our mobile platform. Athletes will work on improving core strength, speed and agility. Perform First Programs will be engaging, competitive and fun!
