Strength Camp 2023

Welcome to our 9th Annual Strength and Conditioning Camp Summer 2023!

This strength camp is specifically designed specifically for the sport. Each sport has a dedictaed strength coach that will on board your athletes to thier very own training system that allows them to:

• Track biometrics such as, height, weight and body fat %
• Track Sports Nutrition based on their specific goals
• Manage total weights lifted to see where they are getting stronger
• Track distance ran and list their times for improvement
• Access to a large sports prehab library to manage any nagging injuries and more!

With our training system in place your athlete will experience a collegiate level program that will teach proper running and lifting mechanics. Each session will include a main lift, speed or agility runs and nutrition coaching.

We've made training with us simple and effective with choosing a week pass or a 5 week pass to maximiz your time and scheduling needs with two available training times witch each session asting 2 hours!

Camp Schedule 

Baseball Specific 8:00 a, -10:00 am Monday- Thursday

General Strength and Conditioning 10:00 am - 11:30 am Monday - Thursday
