Service Description

We offer weekly Semi Private Personal Training for Student Athletes. Our Program is designed to introduce strength and conditioning in a fun, safe environment, coaching proper techniques in running, agility, body weight and core strength. Our groups are a 5:1 ratio allowing the trainer to coach the individual. This is our most popular training program.
