Jacksonville FC Speed & Agility

Spend the next four weeks working on increasing speed in agility capacities with two of Jacksonville's best sports performance coaches dedicated to soccer players. 

We will be offering training to ages 11+ and sibling's are welcome with a 20% discount by using #playerdriven at checkout

Over the next four weeks, we will be focusing on

• Running and sprinting technique
• Increasing Robic, capacity and endurance
• Improving mobility and applying injury prevention program
• Sprint times will be measured by laser with our partner Dashr. 

Training will occur Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00pm- 7:15pm located at Patton Park. 

*We will be closed Monday December 25, 2023 and re-open Decmeber 26th, 2023. We will add Friday Decemeber 29, 2023 in place of Decemeber 25, 2023.

Athletes are required to bring:

• Running shoes
• Cleats
• Water bottle
• foam roller
