Deadlifting has been a staple in my personal training and teaching it to the general population to youth athletes, yet somewhere down the line the message is still misunderstood. Deadlifting is safe and effective for almost any training goal. January 8th I am hosting a Free Deadlifting Seminar. Space is limited register below.
Internships 2022
We are now accepting applications for our 3rd Annual Sports Performance Internship for Spring 2022. This has been a comprehensive program with colleges like University of Florida Applied Kinesiology Department to Barry University Sports Performance Department. This is a 8 week and 12 week program with schedule flexibility. Deadline to apply is 1/21/2022 If you are interested apply here.
New Pitching Classes!
High School Baseball is around the corner and we are preparing players with the best programming in North Florida with the newest addition to our coaching staff, Rusty Kellum with Bishop Snyder High School Baseball.
