Our Sports Prehab and Corrective Care Package offers a unique approach to corrective exercise from traditional physical therapy. While physical therapy traditionally focuses on a specific joint, our team of experts focuses on movement quality as a whole, leaving you feeling stronger than before. We have had such great success with Post Physical Therapy, we are backed by some of the areas leading Physical Therapist in Jacksonville. We offer single appointment rates or a 10 session package with savings over 10%. All appointments can be scheduled, rescheduled and made online. *With a Physicians note this service may be eligible for FSA or HSA Spending accounts
