Ground Force Strength and Conditioning Training Systems believes that every client has unique needs and requires an individualized approach. Through the power of client education we strongly feel that we can improve the quality of our community, helping athletes and general fitness clients increase strength and reduce common injuries by improving movement patterns. We also believe in delivering value to our clients by offering additional services and education at no extra cost. 

James Walsh is the Owner of Ground Force Strength and Conditioning Training Systems, Certified Personal Trainer ,Human Movement Specialist with a background in Sports Nutrition. James is a former soccer player and sports enthusiast that believes "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" and takes a less is more approach to his training.

James, like many trainers and practitioners believes that Movement Matters and injury prevention begins with client education and practical training plans.

James offers a unique approach to helping clients perform better with the Ground Up Method       that helps empower and builds confidence through Long Term Athletic Development.

The Ground Up Method     provides a comprehensive approach to improving movements and strength.

When James isn't helping athletes or completing needs analysis for athletic organizations, he is spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Brandon Dayao is a Certified Personal Trainer , with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. Brandon is a former 3 sport athlete and current semi-pro rugby player for the Jacksonville Axe Men. 

Brandon has a niche for keeping his clients positive with motivation, encouragement and giving practical advice that allows for his clients to reach their SMART goals. 

Brandon is the Co-Owner of Barbell Paradise, a Fitness Apparel company that represents fitness and relaxation. 

Brandon enjoys training, playing rugby and finding his way to Jacksonville Beach where he spends time relaxing.

Aren Biala is our Sports Performance Coach, with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Physical Therapy Assistant. Aren offers extensive experience in mobility and stretch therapies. 

Aren works with a variety of athletic populations and athletic organizations providing team athletic training through the week. Aren's passions for sports performance is shown with results, providing athletes and coaches physical education on injury prevention. 

 

Aren enjoys training, playing soccer, running and spending time with his daughter and family.
