Founded in 2013 by Coach James Walsh as He Found That There Was A Need for Soccer Players that Goes Beyond the Traditional Personal Training Methods. His Ground Up Method has Provided Athletes with Answers and Results. Coach James has worked with 100's of Players, Helping them Improve Performance and Move to the Next Level. He currently serves as Director of Sports Performance for the Jacksonville Armada FC and Jacksonville FC.
