Service Description

Our Comprehensive Athlete Assessment is the most advanced performance evaluation available in North Florida. Built for youth athletes, competitive players, and high-performance individuals, this assessment integrates cutting-edge technology with clinical-grade testing to provide a complete picture of how an athlete moves, performs, adapts, and responds to training. We perform a full kinetic and kinematic movement analysis using: Joint-by-joint mobility screening Hip internal rotation and pelvic mechanics assessment Lumbar-pelvic rhythm evaluation Ankle dorsiflexion, tibial glide, and arch integrity Knee valgus/varus loading tendencies Scapular control and shoulder stability We evaluate each athlete through slow-motion video and real-time corrective patterning. This identifies underlying movement limitations that impact speed, agility, power output, and injury risk. Strength is not just how much weight an athlete lifts—it’s how efficiently the body produces and absorbs force. We measure: Slow vs fast force production Isometric strength outputs Eccentric control and landing mechanics Horizontal vs vertical force bias Left–right asymmetries Rate of force development curves This allows us to match training methods to the athlete’s profile: Explosive profiles need more stability and eccentric control Strength-dominant profiles need speed, elasticity, and rhythm Hybrid profiles need targeted periodization to maximize growth Every athlete receives a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report that includes: Biomechanical findings and corrective strategies Speed, strength, and force output data Cognitive performance results Injury-risk indicators Recommended training blueprint Recovery strategy matched to the athlete’s biology This report becomes the blueprint for training, whether the athlete trains with us on-site or follows our remote programming. Cancellation Policy

Online Booking Policy At Ground Force Strength and Conditioning, we value your time and are committed to delivering the highest quality training experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all athletes, we ask that you review and follow our online booking policy. 1. Scheduling All sessions must be booked online in advance through our website or approved scheduling platform. Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email/text. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated if space is available. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid charges. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be considered a late cancellation and may result in a session being forfeited or a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed through the online booking system. 3. No-Show Policy Athletes who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. No-shows result in the forfeiture of that session and may impact future booking privileges. 4. Payments Payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and any listed options on the booking platform. Packages or memberships must be active and valid at the time of booking. 5. Session Start & Late Arrivals Please arrive 10 minutes early to prepare and warm up. Sessions will start and end on time; arriving late may reduce your training time but will not reduce your fee. 6. Group Sessions & Camps Group training sessions are capped for quality control. Athletes must be registered online; no walk-ins are allowed for team or camp sessions. 7. Health & Safety Athletes must complete all required waivers, health screenings, or performance intake forms prior to participating. If an athlete is ill, injured, or unable to train safely, coaches reserve the right to reschedule or modify participation. 8.
