Return to Play
Service Description
The Return-to-Play Movement Review is designed for athletes coming back from injury, surgery, or extended time away from training and competition. This service helps determine whether the athlete is simply cleared to participate or truly prepared to move well, tolerate load, and perform with confidence. We evaluate movement quality, joint control, stability, mobility, balance, coordination, and sport-related patterns to identify any remaining deficits that could affect performance or increase the risk of re-injury. This review goes beyond basic clearance. The goal is to understand how the athlete is moving now, where compensation patterns may still exist, and what physical gaps need to be addressed before returning to full training or game demands. We look at how the body absorbs force, produces force, changes direction, and handles positions that are commonly stressed in sport. From there, we provide clear feedback and practical next steps to help guide a safer and more effective return. The Return-to-Play Movement Review is ideal for athletes, parents, and coaches who want more than guesswork during recovery. It creates a bridge between rehab and performance by giving a clearer picture of readiness, confidence, and physical function so the athlete can return with a stronger foundation.
